In this context, to create awareness among citizens and provide proper guidance, the Palghar Police Department has introduced a useful facility in the form of a Cyber AI Chatbot.

Through this AI chatbot, citizens can obtain information about cyber fraud, online scams, fake calls, fraud through OTPs or links, social media hacking, and UPI and banking-related fraud. This chatbot interacts with citizens and answers their questions in a simple and easy-to-understand language.

The main objective of this Cyber AI Chatbot is to protect citizens from cyber crimes. In addition, if a cyber fraud does occur, the chatbot also provides information on where and how to file a complaint.

Since this service is available 24 hours a day, citizens can receive assistance regarding cyber security at any time. As a result, the need to visit a police station in person is reduced, and citizens can use the internet with greater confidence.

The primary aim of this initiative is to protect citizens from cyber fraud through the proper use of technology and to increase cyber awareness in society.

'Palghar Connect' is a citizen assistance and information bot run by the Palghar district administration. This bot has been created to provide citizens with access to various government schemes, services, complaint registration, emergency help, and important information in one place. The main objective behind this is to make communication between the administration and citizens easier, more transparent, and faster. Through this platform, citizens receive timely assistance and their issues are resolved more efficiently.

A 24/7 WhatsApp Chatbox service has been launched on the Palghar police website for citizens to get immediate help. Through this, citizens can send their location and receive prompt assistance. This allows citizens to communicate their problems and receive immediate help. Trained officers have been appointed for this purpose.
